Oh Peter, what a fantastic progress you’ve made! 💙
As explained in our initial post about our lovely Peter, he was in terribly poor condition when arriving as a stray but boy has he improved 😍
Peter’s bald patches are growing well, his nasty sores on his joints have nearly healed and he has gained weight, even his head and face now look normal without his bones protruding.
Through it all Peter has been a ray of sunshine, never in a bad mood, always ready for a cuddle.
Peter would need a home environment where there is someone around for most of the time, he doesn’t enjoy being left alone for long and why should he, he’s absolutely loving the attention that he’s been receiving and now doesn’t want to lose it.
Peter walks well on the lead but as he’s still gaining his strength he wouldn’t be suitable for an owner who would be expecting him to walk long distances straight away.
A home as the only pet would be best suited.
Any children in the home would need to be 8 years + as we have no known history for him.
