Young Basil is currently residing with his wonderful foster family, here’s a little of what they have to say about him..💙
Basil is a cheeky pup who is extremely quick to learn, he will sit and sit & stay. He goes outside to do his business, loves being cuddled and sitting on your knee.
Basil currently likes to sleep on the bed, he sleeps all night, then gets up and will go straight outside to toilet.
Basil is still a bit unsure about traffic but travels well in the car, he’s a playful pup and is used to being brushed daily.
Basil can be very nervous of men and strangers so takes him a little time to bond.
A home with other pets may be possible, but must be a good match as Basil would likely be nervous around new animals.
We are looking for a calm environment where Basil can gain his confidence without too many visitors initially. Socialisation classes will be extremely beneficial so an owner that can commit to this will be needed.
A home without young children will also be required as this would be worrying for lovely little Basil.
