This beautiful big bear is Balou, also known as Lordy.
Sadly, Balou’s previous owners are unable to keep him due to a change in circumstances, he has been absolutely treasured since he joined their family as a puppy and the decision to find him a new home was not taken lightly. This shows in Balou’s wonderful character, he’s a happy and confident soul who like many Labradors – lives for food!
Balou is very keen to please and shows extra special enthusiasm whenever there’s a treat to hand.
Although he’s a fantastic boy, Balou’s new owner will need to be a firm and assertive leader who he learn to love and respect.
Balou is very sociable with other dogs but has never shared a home with other canines, a home with another dog could be possible but must be a suitable companion.
Balou will need an Adult only home, he has never lived with children and can be very strong & boisterous.
