Rottweiler
Nearly 3 years old
Hey everyone, my name is Marshall and I am a very handsome Rottie.
I have been a very lucky boy as since I was a puppy I was with a lovely family who loved me very much, due to a change in circumstances I’m now looking for a new forever family to cherish me.
My foster family describe me as a very loving, excitable chap who just wants to touch, see and jump all over anything that looks fun.
I am a perfect boy in the house, I sleep well, don’t beg and i’m completely toilet trained – I am also a very good cuddler.
Outside I am working hard on my lead skills and I am trying to understand that I can’t see every dog at a hundred miles an hour as I am a very big boy and not everyone wants me bounding over to them. I have made a really good friend with a female Labrador and we enjoyed walking around the garden together but I lose interest if one of the humans brings out a football, frisbee or any toy that I can bring back over and over again.
I am told that I am true to my breed and have a good guarding instinct – I am not sure what that means but I do bark at people if they try to reach over a fence for a stroke.
I would love a family who are active and have had rotties/big breeds before. I could live with another suitable dog who would enjoy my company but a home without cats would be needed. Any little people would need to be teenagers + as I have no idea how big I am and sometimes want to play even if no one has asked me to.
I have so much love to give and everyone who meets me falls in love with my huge head and beautifully shiny coat.
