Our dear Ruby, the most affectionate and loving little girl!

Ruby is an unclaimed stray, she had horrendous ears caused by multiple untreated ear infections, she must have been in so much pain and discomfort until she started receiving treatment when she arrived under the care of Herefordshire Council.

Unfortunately her little ears will most likely be permanently disfigured but as long as she is out of pain that is all we care about, actually her cute little shrivelled ears make her who she is – beautiful!

Ruby will not be suitable for a home where she is expected to sit calmly at your feet, she will not settle for anything less than sitting on your lap and demanding attention. In fact, she would be inside your clothes with you if allowed, the most perfect companion for perhaps a retired person/couple.

We are so proud of how Ruby has continued to spread her happiness whilst going through such a tough time surrounded by strangers, who she has now come to adore.

We feel that Ruby would be happiest as the only pet where she can receive every little ounce of attention to herself, any children in the home would need to be teenage years plus as we have no idea if she has been around children previously and if she would be happy sharing a home with small people.
