Lovely little Archie recently joined us from another pound, he had been found as a stray, had no microchip and wasn’t claimed by an owner.
Unfortunately he hadn’t been cared for like he should have, he had very matted fur which must have been very uncomfortable. His poor ears were matted to the skin so couldn’t be saved but we think he looks very handsome after his quick trim!
After a visit to the vet yesterday, an eye infection has also been diagnosed but with his medication he will hopefully soon be as good as new.
Archie is such a sweetie, very active but also enjoys a good cuddle on your lap, this little lad seems to be very happy around other dogs but due to his eye infection we would prefer him to be placed into a pet free home to avoid any risk of transmission.
For this reason we would also be looking for a child free home.
